The property resides in a beautiful, peaceful area called Thini, in the greater region of Porto-Heli. This quiet spot is 10' away fromAmanzoe Hotel and 20' away from thecenter of Porto-Heli. The area is sparsely populated by only a few othervillasand thesurrounding plots are private property of the owner, therefore guests are free toexplore the olive groves all around. The villa offers 4 bicycles (two adult and two children) for visitors to roam around the private roads and discover the rugged landscape, imposing its raw, wild beauty.

The cove creates a shield to strong currents and winds, protecting astill, sereneshoreline, allowing adults and children to explore and play carefree all around.Thevillaprovides two canoes and two stand up paddle boards (SUP), as well as largefloats.Upon request, thevillaoffers an 8.5-meter speedboat for 8 persons,for dailytrips and water sports, at an additional cost.
